By accessing and using the Premine platform, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

By registering for and/or using the Premine services in any manner, including but not limited to visiting or browsing the Premine site, you agree to these Terms of Use and all other operating rules, policies, and procedures that may be published from time to time on the site by us, each of which is incorporated by reference and each of which may be updated from time to time without notice to you.
2. Service Description
Premine provides a blockchain-based platform that facilitates the launch of Runes projects through features such as bulk sending, whitelist management, and community snapshots. These services are provided as-is and as available, and Premine reserves the right to terminate or modify them at any time without notice.
3. User Obligations
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Premine cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation. You are also responsible for all content that you upload, post, transmit, or otherwise make available via the platform.
4. Prohibited Use
In using Premine, you agree not to:
Use the service for any unlawful purposes or for promotion of illegal activities.
Post any content that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory, or libelous.
Publish falsehoods or misrepresentations that could damage Premine or any third party.
Post or distribute any content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Premine system or engage in any activities that disrupt, diminish the quality of, interfere with the performance of, or impair the functionality of, the Platform.
5. Intellectual Property
All code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the site (collectively, the "Content") are owned by Premine and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Except as expressly provided in this agreement, no part of the site and no content may be copied, reproduced, aggregated, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, distributed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose whatsoever, without our express prior written permission.
6. Termination
Premine may terminate your access to all or any part of the services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. If you wish to terminate this Agreement or your Premine account (if you have one), you may simply discontinue using the services.
7. Changes to Terms
Premine reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace any of these Terms, or change, suspend, or discontinue the services (including without limitation, the availability of any feature, database, or content) at any time by posting a notice on the site or by sending you notice through the services, via e-mail or by another appropriate means of electronic communication.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The services are provided "as is", without any warranties of any kind. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from Premine or through the services will create any warranty not expressly stated herein.
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event will Premine, or its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.
10. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country/state where Premine is officially registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Premine, its contractors, and its licensors, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of the Website, including but not limited to your violation of this Agreement.
12. Miscellaneous
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Premine and you concerning the subject matter hereof, and it may only be modified by a written amendment signed by an authorized executive of Premine, or by the posting by Premine of a revised version.
13. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the services provided by Premine shall be handled through final and binding arbitration, conducted by a neutral arbitrator and located in [City, Country/State] according to the rules and regulations of the local jurisdiction.
14. Severability
